北外—基尔外交学中外合作办学项目外籍教师理查德·彼得·斯密特纳

斯密特纳博士于威斯敏斯特大学民主研究中心获得国际关系硕士学位（MA），于剑桥大学基督公司获得政治思想硕士学位（MPhil），并于伦敦大学玛丽女王公司获得政治思想史博士学位。

自 2018 年 9 月起，斯密特纳博士就职于北外—基尔外交学中外合作办学项目，担任英方课程教学主管。他深度参与项目运营与学术支持工作；在加入北外之前，他曾在成都地区参与中国高校与牛津布鲁克斯大学、斯塔福德郡大学的合作办学项目，并积累了丰富的跨境教育合作实践经验。

Richard Peter Smittenaar

I have worked for Keele’s partnership programme with Beijing Foreign Studies University since September 2018. Prior to this I worked for a similar partnership involving Oxford Brookes and Staffordshire Universities, in Chengdu. I completed my PhD in the History of Political Thought at Queen Mary UL and studied political thought at Christ’s College, Cambridge (MPhil) and International Relations at the Centre for the Study of Democracy, Westminster (MA).
